He has greatly aided in my recovery from knee surgery

I first discovered Physio & Sole in 2022 during a bit of an emergency after slipping on some stairs on a Saturday morning.
I messaged their 'Ask a Podiatrist' line and was amazed by the response - they replied quickly, asked for photos to assess the situation, gave me an initial diagnosis, and were completely upfront about costs before I even booked a slot. I later found out the helpful person on the line was actually Kelvin, who is also my assigned podiatrist.

Kelvin is a genuinely caring and unassuming professional. He greets you with a smile and actually listens before jumping to solutions. I’ve seen him for various issues ranging from flat feet to Morton's Neuroma, and what I respect most is his integrity. He is NOT the type to trap you in an endless cycle of visits. He focuses on achieving recovery with the least amount of time and cost possible, which is a rare trait these days.

His knowledge is extensive, but his honesty and care for patients is what keeps me coming back. He is my absolute go-to guy for anything podiatry-related. Highly recommended if you want a podiatrist who truly has your best interests at heart!

I recommend Dr SK who works regularly at the Orchard branch to anyone who has any foot related issue. He has helped me permanently remove a partial part of my toenail due to reoccurrence of ingrown toenail.
He explains the procedure very clearly, allowing me to understand any risks and make an informed decision if there were other choices.
He is also not pushy which helps build a healthy doctor-patient relationship.

During the procedure he also makes small chats to distract me from any pain and lighten the atmosphere. It has been a very pleasant journey to talk to him every appointment.

Since then at each review (total of 3) he has been ensuring my toe recovers well and informs me of any steps I need to change to better my recovery process.
I have since made a full recovery.
Will definitely miss patronising this clinic!

My dad had a really positive experience with his physiotherapist, Jason, at the clinic. Jason is effective bilingual, and we really appreciate his efforts to explain the exercises and their purposes in a way that my dad can understand. He has great attending skills and my dad feels very comfortable with him. My dad's knee pain has gotten much better with Jason's help.

Nicodemus is a professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist. He resolved my neck pain in two sessions. He was patient throughout the process, and the follow-up exercises were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended for effective treatment.

Podiatrist Jia Lin is very detailed, knowledgeable, very personal and explained every aspect regarding my son flat foot. Patiently attended to us, teaches how to relax muscle and what exercise to help improve the condition. Did the customized insoles to lessen the pain on the foot.

Overall, very good experience and would recommend to anyone that need advice or customized insoles from Jia Lin.
