Ask About the Programme
A real syllabus, taught in order. No hoping you'll pick things up along the way.
Bring the cases you're stuck on and walk away with feedback you can use straight away.
Shadow our senior physios and podiatrists, and see how each of them tackles the same patient.
Senior clinicians, peers and sometimes doctors walk through real cases. Missed one? They're all recorded.
Every mentee gets sent for regular courses, and every one of our clinicians gets course credit.
Your first year ends, your mentors don't disappear. Stuck on something later on? Just ask.
Nail the basics: history-taking, assessment, spotting red flags and documentation. You'll start on the conditions you'll see most often and get comfortable with how we look after our patients.
Widen the range of conditions you manage. You'll also get the hang of how the clinic runs, following up with patients and adding value to their care, and start learning on your own.
Step up to more complex and post-operative cases, gait analysis and a wider range of treatments. By now you're working more independently, managing your own workload and talking to patients with confidence.
You'll still see your mentor, just less often, as you run your own caseload and start building your special interests.
The programme ends. The support doesn't. Stuck on a case down the line? Your mentors are still there to ask.

A set syllabus in a set order, so nothing slips through the cracks.

One-to-one, every week, all the way through the programme.

Time set aside to watch our senior physios and podiatrists at work.

Senior clinicians, peers and sometimes doctors share real cases they've worked on.

Every mentee gets sent for regular courses to keep levelling up.

Transitioning into private practice was initially a big adjustment, especially coming from a different clinical setting. However, the mentorship programme made the transition much smoother by providing structured mentoring sessions.
The most valuable part for me was being able to discuss actual patient cases with my mentor.
Tan Jun FengSenior Musculoskeletal PhysiotherapistTransitioning from a community hospital into private practice was a new experience for me, especially with the wider range of MSK cases.
The mentorship sessions gave me a platform to discuss cases, explore different approaches to assessment and management, and practise hands-on techniques. I found it useful to hear another perspective on cases and reflect on my own clinical reasoning as I gained more experience in private practice.
Wong Yu JieSenior Musculoskeletal PhysiotherapistPhysiotherapists and podiatrists: fresh grads, clinicians moving from public healthcare into private practice, and anyone who wants to go deeper into sports and musculoskeletal care.
You'll still meet your mentor, just less often, as you move into independent practice and build your special interests.
Yes. Every mentee gets sent for regular courses, and all our clinicians get course credit. We also run two continuing education (CE) sessions a month (one in person, one on Zoom), and they're all recorded so you can rewatch them.
It depends on where we need you and where you live. Our mentors are spread across several clinics, including Orchard and Woodlands.
Got a question? Just email us. Or send your CV and we'll get back to you.
