Wesley Chee is the Director and Principal Sports Physiotherapist at Physio & Sole Clinic. He graduated with a Master Degree in Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy from University of South Australia in 2010 after receiving a postgraduate scholarship from Changi General Hospital. After gaining initial experience as a Sports Physiotherapist at Changi Sports Medicine Centre, Singapore Sports Medicine Centre and private practice, he co-founded Physio & Sole Clinic in 2013.
Physio & Sole Clinic grew rapidly to become one of the biggest Physiotherapy and Podiatry clinic chain in Singapore and Wesley was responsible in this transformation. He has mentored many physiotherapists in the development of their skills whilst they were employed by Physio & Sole Clinic. Wesley specialises in the treatment of Sports & Musculoskeletal injuries and has special interest in treating runners and patients with shoulder problems. He is a highly experienced physiotherapist who has worked with the U16 and U17 national teams from the Football Association of Singapore and was involved as a physiotherapist in the inaugural Asian Youth Games held in Singapore in 2009. Wesley has also provided sports physiotherapy and on-field coverage for numerous sports including Australian Rules Football, Cricket and Soccer.
In addition to his clinical work, Wesley is passionate about teaching young physiotherapists and had experience as a Clinical Adjunct Lecturer at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, Singapore Institute Of Technology.
He exercises regularly and is a firm believer in preventing injuries through customised exercises for the individuals.
