Yuki graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. She spent her formative years working at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, specialising in geriatric/vestibular rehabilitation and helping patients regain both independence and confidence. On top of this, Yuki is also an experienced practitioner in sports rehabilitation, focusing on injury prevention and recovery for active individuals.
As a certified Scroth Therapist, Yuki then brought her foundational skills to the private practice space, where she also helped patients manage scoliosis. Using Scroth specific exercises, she enables adolescents and adults to better cope with scoliosis via Scroth specific exercises to optimise posture and live pain-free.
Currently, her focus is also on alleviating women’s health conditions (pre/post-natal, prolapse and urinary incontinence), aiming to provide sustainable, long-term outcomes for her patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading and watching psychological books and shows, which fuels her interest in understanding human behavior and motivations. She also dislikes keeping her clothes immediately after it comes out from the dryer.
