Bryan Cheong

Bryan began his career at Singapore General Hospital, where he gained extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. These experiences allowed him to hone his skills in managing geriatric, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. He is certified in dry needling and myofascial decompression (cupping), which he has found to be highly effective in treating soft tissue injuries accompanied by pain and stiffness. Notably, Bryan was part of a specialist team of physiotherapists focusing on the treatment of both conservative and post-operative shoulder conditions. Bryan is passionate about helping his clients return to their beloved activities. He firmly believes in empowering his patients with the knowledge and skills needed for their rehabilitation journeys. His commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for his patients earned him a Singapore Health Quality Service Award within his first two years of work. Having experienced injuries from climbing, basketball, badminton, and tennis himself, Bryan understands the frustration of being unable to engage in his favourite activities. He hopes to assist others in returning to sport through his guidance. In his free time, Bryan enjoys working out and bouldering. He also spends his leisure time reading and taking relevant courses to improve his clinical skills. He finds satisfaction in continually enhancing his clinical abilities for the benefit of his patients.
Jessica Wong Lye Theng

With 8 years of dedicated experience as a Physiotherapist, Jessica has honed her skills in delivering comprehensive and patient-centred care. Her expertise spans a wide range of musculoskeletal-related therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation programmes, aimed at improving patient mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall quality of life. Jessica is proficient in developing individualised treatment plans, and utilising evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Jessica specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, including pre- and post-op rehabilitation, and spinal conditions, especially on disc injuries and degenerative changes. Her commitment to continuous professional development and passion for helping patients regain their independence drives her contributions to the field of physiotherapy. For 27 years, sports have been Jessica’s passion and a significant part of her life. Being the captain of her badminton team in secondary school, she learned the importance of leadership and teamwork. As a Vice-Captain at Anglo-Chinese Junior College, she further developed her skills while celebrating multiple victories with her teammates. Through sports, she has gained invaluable life skills such as discipline and strategic thinking. These have shaped Jessica’s character and instilled a commitment to setting and achieving goals. Jessica looks forward to continuing this journey and inspiring others along the way. Jessica has a special interest in racket sports rehabilitation, as her experience in playing badminton has allowed her to help rehabilitate patients to return to the sport they love.
Ee Laine Lee

Ee Laine began her physiotherapy career in Adelaide, Australia, providing care across various community settings, including home therapy, day therapy centers, and rehabilitation facilities. These early experiences helped her develop expertise in managing diverse musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and post-operative conditions. Since relocating to Singapore in 2010, Ee Laine has primarily worked in private practice, occasionally offering home-based care. Specialising in conditions affecting the shoulder, spine, hip, knee, and ankle, Ee Laine collaborates closely with orthopaedic specialists, particularly in post-operative rehabilitation. Her expertise also includes running-related injuries and pre- and post-natal fitness. She employs evidence-based treatment approaches, combining manual therapy, adjunct electrotherapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to optimise outcomes. Passionate about helping clients regain mobility and improve their quality of life, Ee Laine believes in empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools needed to take an active role in their recovery. With over two decades of experience, she has a deep understanding of the challenges associated with pain and rehabilitation and is committed to guiding her patients through every step of their journey. Outside of work, Ee Laine enjoys staying active through running and walking at Jurong Lake Gardens. A passionate foodie and wine enthusiast, she loves hosting wine dinners for friends and exploring culinary adventures. During the pandemic, she discovered a love for baking and has been nurturing her sourdough starter ever since.
Sophie Hong

Sophie graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia, in 2020 with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. Her passion for various dance genres during her teenage years ignited her curiosity about the human body and led her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. She began her career in an acute public hospital, where she gained invaluable clinical experience in managing patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Sophie believes that good physical health is essential for a happy and fulfilling life. She is dedicated to empowering her patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation, improving their quality of life. A conscientious and curious individual, Sophie is committed to continuously learning new skills to enhance her patients’ rehabilitation experiences. In her free time, Sophie enjoys going to the gym and has recently taken up tennis as a new hobby. She also loves spending quality time with her loved ones and visiting pet-friendly cafes to unwind with her two dogs.
Yeap Zhen Ling Yuki

Zhen Ling (Yuki) graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. She gained valuable experience working at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital for four years, specialising in geriatric and vestibular rehabilitation, where she helped numerous patients regain their independence and confidence. During her time there, she also worked in sports rehabilitation, focusing on injury prevention and recovery for active individuals, particularly those recovering from strains, sprains, and overuse injuries. She continues to specialise in these areas, adopting a patient-centered approach and tailoring her treatment plans to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and watching psychological books and shows, which fuels her interest in understanding human behavior and motivations. Zhen Ling is committed to empowering her patients with knowledge and skills to manage their conditions effectively and promote long-term well-being.
