Nurhafizah (“Fizah”) completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) in the University of Sydney in 2004.
Fizah started her career working in Changi General Hospital with various stints across Musculoskeletal and Surgical Wards, and Outpatient Clinics. She was an aqua therapist and conducted hydrotherapy sessions for her patients.
Thereafter, she spent 11 years as the Head Physiotherapist of the Football Association of Singapore, leading the Department of Football Science and Sports Medicine. She was responsible for the healthcare of the Senior Men’s National Team and prepared them for every major tournament including the World Cup Qualifiers. She also oversaw the National Aged Group teams from U17 to U22.
Nurhafizah specializes in several areas of physiotherapy, including Musculoskeletal, Sports, Hydrotherapy, and Neurological conditions. Her expertise in these specializations allows her to provide highly personalised and effective treatment plans for her patients.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Nurhafizah is also fluent in three languages, including English, Malay, and Arabic. This enables her to effectively communicate with a wide range of clients, and provide personalized care that is tailored to their individual needs.
