We are extremely grateful to the team at Physio & Sole Clinic for treating our Primary 5 daughter’s ingrown toenail.

When we first noticed how severe the ingrown toenail on her big toe had become, we searched online and found the clinic. It was already late in the evening, but we decided to try our luck and sent a message. To our surprise, the clinic replied and arranged the earliest possible appointment slot for us the very next day.

Our daughter first saw podiatrist Kelvin, and his colleague SK later took over her treatment. Both podiatrists were extremely gentle and patient throughout the process.

Because our daughter was worried about going to school with a large bandage on her toe after the toenail removal, SK kindly squeezed in an early morning appointment for her during the December holidays. He also created a very relaxed and comforting environment during the session. My daughter shared that he even played the song “Golden” and offered her some biscuits, which helped her feel much more at ease.

Overall, the experience was exceptional. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone dealing with an ingrown toenail.

I’ve been coming to Physio & Sole for just over 3 months to rehab a wrist injury from the gym. Joshua has been my physiotherapist, and he’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s super knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and is incredibly patient—always taking the time to make sure I understand and feel comfortable with each step.
The treatments have been really effective—I can see (and feel) my wrist strength and mobility improving week by week, especially as long as I stay consistent with the home rehab exercises he assigns.
The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit pleasant. Plus, the clinic’s location right across from the MRT station is super convenient.

Was attended by Physiotherapist Jun Feng for plantar fasciitis and very tight hip. Jun Feng was very patient and remembered all about my pain point. He customised my exercise to do as homework which helped tremendously to loosen the muscles. After 7 months I so much better and no more plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of a physiotherapist.

We brought both my parents to see Jia Lin — my dad for a painful callus and my mum for an ingrown toenail. Before the visit, both of them were having difficulty walking and were clearly uncomfortable.

Had physio sessions here for my shoulder injury with Jun Feng, and the experience was excellent. He is friendly, patient, and really knows what he’s doing. He prescribed a series of strengthening and stretching exercises tailored to my condition, clearly explaining each step and ensuring proper technique. During the sessions, it was always enjoyable and motivating. The treatment helped relieve my pain and significantly improved my shoulder movement. Suspected I had an ingrown toenail so wanted to get it resolved before CNY. After doing research online, I contacted Physio & Sole Clinic to try and fix an appointment. Moments later, Women & Children Centre by PSC contacted me to continue the appointment fixing at the Katong branch. Yes, they do treat male patients as well. When I went for the appointment, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. Soon after, the Podiatrist Jia Lin attended to me. She was very professional, knowledgeable and assuring. Before she took every course of action, she will explain in detail what she was going to do. Homegrown practice with transparent charges and no hidden fees. Highly recommended!

My orthopaedic surgeon referred me to see Mr Jason Teo after my ankle surgery. Jason took the time to find out about my injury as well as my lifestyle habits prior to my injury in order to tailor a suitable rehabilitation programme to meet my needs. After a month of rehabilitation, Jason was able to guide me to resume normal activities e.g. running, weights training, rock climbing etc. Jason's knowledge of biomechanics is impressive. In addition, his needling treatment not only relieves pain, it also speeds up the healing process. It is uncommon to find a physiotherapist who is skilled in needling techiniques. Highly recommend Jason for anyone looking for lasting results! Thank you Jason for the excellent care!

I visited Physio and Sole Clinic Yishun for shoulder discomfort and was attended by Jun Feng. He quickly identified the issue and managed to address it straight away. The session included body adjustments and he also took the time to teach me stretching exercises to help relieve the shoulder pain. I felt a noticeable improvement after the session and really appreciated how clear and professional he was throughout. Highly recommended if you’re dealing with any discomfort or tightness!

My Physio was Bryan. Went for my back and shoulder pain, unable to sleep but with his stretching routine and exercises, got better in few weeks time.

I first discovered Physio & Sole in 2022 during a bit of an emergency after slipping on some stairs on a Saturday morning.
I messaged their 'Ask a Podiatrist' line and was amazed by the response - they replied quickly, asked for photos to assess the situation, gave me an initial diagnosis, and were completely upfront about costs before I even booked a slot. I later found out the helpful person on the line was actually Kelvin, who is also my assigned podiatrist.

Kelvin is a genuinely caring and unassuming professional. He greets you with a smile and actually listens before jumping to solutions. I’ve seen him for various issues ranging from flat feet to Morton's Neuroma, and what I respect most is his integrity. He is NOT the type to trap you in an endless cycle of visits. He focuses on achieving recovery with the least amount of time and cost possible, which is a rare trait these days.

His knowledge is extensive, but his honesty and care for patients is what keeps me coming back. He is my absolute go-to guy for anything podiatry-related. Highly recommended if you want a podiatrist who truly has your best interests at heart!

I recommend Dr SK who works regularly at the Orchard branch to anyone who has any foot related issue. He has helped me permanently remove a partial part of my toenail due to reoccurrence of ingrown toenail.
He explains the procedure very clearly, allowing me to understand any risks and make an informed decision if there were other choices.
He is also not pushy which helps build a healthy doctor-patient relationship.

During the procedure he also makes small chats to distract me from any pain and lighten the atmosphere. It has been a very pleasant journey to talk to him every appointment.

Since then at each review (total of 3) he has been ensuring my toe recovers well and informs me of any steps I need to change to better my recovery process.
I have since made a full recovery.

I had 2 appointments. One with SK (podiatrist) and another with Cheryl (physiotherapist). SK analyse my foot, the recovery and fitted me an insole that aids my mobility. He is gentle and careful in handling my 1 month old foot (after bunion surgery)

Next is Cheryl. At first I thought I can skip the physiotherapist. What can she do, probably give me some exercises to do and shoo me off home. But then, I am so very glad I stayed. After consult, she started working her magic. First one, ultrasound. Second, vibration on my thighs to the toes and massaging my whole legs. Third, warm towels on my knees to ease the tension. Then some electro magnetic waves to improve flexibility. And of course, not forgetting a simple exercise for homework. Oohlala, it was simply heaven. Throw my crutches one side, got anew and improved feet.

I can’t thank the team enough for helping me with my shoulder problem. I was worried it would take a long time to heal, but their expertise and hands-on approach solved the issue much faster than I expected. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the physiotherapist really listens to your concerns. I’m finally pain-free and back to my normal routine. Highly recommended!

I'm 3 months into physio and I am starting to HOP! Initially, he was very deligent with mobilising my ankle joints when I could not weight bare.

It was tough but worth it since I could do an Asian squat before my ankle fracture.

All seems good. But remember to DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Just coming to physio once a week will not get you anywhere.^_^

He demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, prescribing a series of exercises designed for strengthening and stretching. During these sessions, he utilized ultrasound therapy to facilitate deep tissue healing and performed deep tissue massage to alleviate calf muscle tightness. Furthermore, he identified a concern with my walking posture and provided actionable recommendations for correction. The clinic staff consistently exhibited professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. Took my 80 year old mother to the Physio & Sole Clinic at the Kovan Branch for the past couple of months due to hamstring strain. Jun Feng, her physiotherapist helped her with rehabilitation exercises to regain back her strength.

I have been dealing with corns on my feet for quite some time. Short-term solutions such as pedicures would help alleviate pain but I wanted a solution that would last much longer. I realised I needed to see a podiatrist as soon as possible.

After doing my research, I decided to check out Physio & Sole Clinic. The staff manning their whatsapp number were really helpful in answering my queries with regards to corn removal, fees, etc. They were very informative and transparent as well.
In fact, I was not able to make it for my initial appointment due to personal matters that popped up at the last-minute. They were able to accommodate my request to reschedule my appointment.

As for podiatrist Toto, he is wonderful! I had a pleasant experience during my appointment. He is very knowledgeable and seems to be pretty passionate about his work as well. He shared in depth about various solutions to managing corns, how corns are formed, etc I felt very comfortable during my appointment, especially when it came to actually removing the corns.

I worked with Ee Laine for my recovery from a metatarsal fracture and made tremendous progress under her care!

I had just had my cast removed when I went for my first session, and had a challenging goal of returning to snowboarding within 4 weeks.

Despite how ambitious this was, Ee Laine never discouraged me. Instead, she took the time to understand the demands of a sport she wasn’t initially familiar with and tailored my exercises accordingly, with a realistic and well thought out progression.

Even though I was eager to make headway at each physio session, Ee Laine listened carefully to my weekly review, assessed my progress objectively and adjusted my programme where necessary. Her physio programme so far has been extremely effective, and my recovery has been going even better than I expected!

That said, what I appreciated even more was her attitude; she was consistently supportive, steady, and encouraging in helping me work towards my goal, when recovery could easily be a demoralising period for many.

My Therapist was Xuan Kai. Was under therapy with him for my upper spine for a year to strengthen the core muscles. Following the therapy I was feeling so much better and was able to travel twice during that time. I’m now able to walk faster than before. He has so kindly shown me what daily exercises I should do. I have made very good progress under the care of Ee Laine. My specialist referred me to Physio & Sole and I was lucky that Ee Laine had an available slot for the date I wanted.
I had frozen shoulder for more than 6 months and did not have any improvement with TCM. After the injection from the specialist, I followed up with Ee Laine for physiotherapy sessions. Ee Laine is very professional and gave me some exercises to do at home. After the stiffness was addressed, she moved on to strengthening my arms. Having 4 sessions with Ee Laine, I have recovered about 90%. My case is now open dated. The whole journey from specialist to physiotherapy took less than 2 months.

My experience with Fang Yee was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient and most importantly very reassuring. It can be daunting to deal with recovery after a surgery, especially when there are setbacks during the course of recovery but Fang Yee helped immensely to ease any anxiety and alleviated my concerns. I am definitely stronger than I am pre-surgery and I am very grateful.

SK is very detailed and patient, taking time to understand my foot issues and demonstrating helpful exercises. He is highly skilled in customizing insoles and guiding me on proper use. Friendly, approachable, and bilingual (fluent in Mandarin), which made communication easy. Reception staff were also welcoming.

Only downside is the cost, about SGD 200 for the first consultation and SGD 300 for insoles, which felt pricey for a first-time visit. Overall, great service and professional care.

I cannot recommend Hao Xu highly enough. I came to him with a repeated sprained ankle issue. Hao Xu was not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his treatment, but he was also genuinely caring and attentive.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the recovery process, which helped me understand my body better. His treatment plans were effective, and I noticed significant improvement after FIRST dry needle treatment! It greatly helped to activate the muscles!

What truly sets him apart is his empathy and his ability to make you feel supported every step of the way! Because the recovery process is not a smooth learning curves and there are setbacks can be extremely discouraging and frustrating and self-doubt, you need someone to understand you and encourage you along the way.

I’ve been seeing Charles at Physio & Sole (Punggol Branch) for about 8–9 months for my ACL rehab, and I couldn’t have asked for a better physiotherapist.

At the start of my rehab journey, Charles would help release my tight muscles so I was ready for each session. He encouraged me to complement my recovery with gym work, and once I got a membership, he tailored my sessions into functional training. The rehab plan was very holistic and progressive — not just focused on recovery but on building strength and mobility beyond what I had before my injury.

I was treat by Jade at the Kovan branch for chronic achilles and plantar fascia pain (on and off for a couple years) which had been continually getting worse since the beginning of the year.

Jade clearly understood what was happening and was able to get to the root cause of the ongoing issue quickly. Over the next couple months we worked on rehab exercises to strengthen; and looked at my running gait to manage the injury without completely stopping running and help prevent it from reoccurring.

I’m well on the way to recovery; I feel a lot stronger and stable when running and I can safely say that this is the most pain-free I’ve been for a long time.

Had my physiotherapy here for my shoulder pain and slipped disc injury, and my physiotherapist, Bryan Cheong, was really professional and knowledgeable, and was equipped with many skills like cupping, acupuncture, as well as his targeted massages and exercises which helped to relieve the pain and build up my muscle strength throughout the past 5 months. I had an wonderful experience with this clinic. Nurul Deana was really passionate with her job. Her company was very lucky to have her. As long as I got an referral letter from MHI clinic I called many times for 2 days the branches from Punggol and Kovan the nearest Branch to my place in NE line. I also sent an inquiry email but I didn't get any response from them. I thought, they are already closed.
I've tried to call Orchard Branch and Nurul Deana answered my call. She went extra miles to check any availability to the area nearest to me. Then I just decided to go to her Branch instead. She's amazing and very helpful for me to find the exact clinic at Orchard, Far East Plaza.

My orthopaedic had referred me to PSC to treat my severe Frozen Shoulder pain, Bryan Cheong was my physiotherapist.

I must commend Bryan; he is very professional and was able to explain and walk me through my pain management on my first visit.

Bryan is very knowledgeable, his therapy comprised of ultra-sound heat, dry needling and cupping which helped relieve my pain and muscle tension tremendously.

Bryan was incredibly patient in his assessment and took the time to get to the root cause of both the recent injury and long-standing issues. I had been attending weekly sessions for about 4 months with physiotherapist Bryan Cheong after injuring my right ankle. I had a plantar wart on the ball of my foot, and it was painful to walk on. James was my podiatrist. He is very professional, patient, and kind. During each session, James would take time to treat the wart without causing any pain. I was also given detailed instructions on taking care of the wart at home, which I feel sped up the recovery process. After the first few sessions, there was no more pain when I am on my feet, and after a couple more, my wart is gone!

The receptionists are very friendly too. They are very accomodating when I had to change my appointment.

I first found the clinic through Google. I had back pain problems after straining my back due to exercise and consulted Mr Su Yunfeng for physio. He always listens, is patient, professional and always offers practical advice. After a few sessions my back was much better and almost back to normal.
I also had to visit the clinic for my 5 year old son who had a big toe ingrown toe/ infection and it hurt him so much that he couldn’t walk. We were anxious to get it treated asap, Mr James Teoh was our podiatrist and he was gentle, patient, detailed and kind to my son. Thankfully after the treatment my son managed to walk (and run) again!

When I first stepped into the Consultation Room of Nicodemus, it lent a peaceful tranquility. He put me at ease and gave his listening ear on my concern. I knew that his check on my condition was very thorough in order to explain so I could appreciate the reason of going through the recommended exercise regime. This is a superb approach - that of teaching independence and ownership. Finally, he prescribed the remedy with three sets of exercises with full assurance that if I worked hard on them, there would be good outcome. He never once coerced for a repeat visit. This is professionalism!

I suffered back injury on my L1, L4 and L5 and was recommended to visit Physio & Sole Clinic (Kembangan) by my Orthopedic.

On my 1st visit, I was attended by Joshua, the physiotherapist, he quickly understood my condition and skillfully administered pressure point massage on my back thereafter taught me some stretching exercise to practice at home to build-up my core muscles.

After 3 consultations, I have regained confidence in my everyday chores and able to move at ease.

I had a rotator cuff issue and Yunfeng has been very professional in helping me rehab and nurse my shoulder to full recovery in 6 sessions. Visited Podiatrist Daphne after suffering blunt trauma to my right big toe! She discussed my treatment options and gently removed my entire damaged toenail. This was of course after two numbing injections and the careful trimming of nail. I had zero pain for the entire process! It was done in a professional and sterile environment and it was relatively quick. Healing of wound was remarkably fast as there was no bleeding and discharge. I’m so lucky to have met her as she alleviated my concerns and comforted me throughout this ordeal. She did an excellent job and even contacted me to see if I needed post op support and care. Please do visit a podiatrist for nail trauma as they offer detailed treatment options since they received extensive training for foot related care instead of a GP who may offer you a single alternative of just pulling the entire nail out. Podiatrist Daphne was very sweet and kind and I had such a wonderful experience. Thank you for helping me in such a short notice!

I visited Angela for treatment of hip joint pain related to my pregnancy. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and quick to provide an accurate diagnosis. Yunfeng is an excellent physiotherapist who helped me fully recover from a grade 3 ankle sprain over 4 months. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and thorough throughout my rehabilitation. Yunfeng always remembered our previous conversations, even when I saw him after weeks or a month. His progressive exercise plan was instrumental in getting me back to vigorous workouts at my gym.

I’ve had some sessions with Yunfeng for a knee injury. He was very attentive and cared about the diagnosis / treatment. He also provided insight to what the problem could’ve possibly been. The sessions I had was pretty enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming as well.

I first came in with IT band pain from badminton. Physiotherapist Joshua helped relieve the muscles that I frequently experience tension and taught me how to stretch and foam roll myself. He has also helped me structure my workout routines so that I get adequate warm up in before I go for my runs. I'm glad that I have recovered to the point where I can continue running and enjoying badminton.

After my knee injury last year in August I went to see Joshua and he was very patient in trying to understand how the pain originated and what were the possible solutions for it. He was very patient with me, taking his time to explain the different exercises I had to do and also giving me alternatives when I couldn't perform them. He also tried different techniques to alleviate the pain when one wasn't working. He would also check in with me to see if there was any progress or any improvement made in terms of the pain I experienced. After several months of visiting Joshua and performing the exercises on my own, I am satisfied to say that the pain has been gone and only occasionally are there some minor flare ups. I would highly recommend checking out Joshua as well as the other physio therapist at Physio and Sole.

Had an injury to my leg which prevented me from doing any kind of physical activity. Had about 10 sessions over 3 months with physiotherapist Nicodemus, and am fully recovered and stronger than I was before the injury. He was very effective and catered treatment specific to me! Probably the best podiatrist you can see in sg. Jia Lin is caring, super knowledgeable, can attack a problem from multiple angles and still have more options up her sleeve if necessary. She bothered to explain in detail my foot condition and what to expect healing. Wish she was my GP. Rates are reasonable too.

Visited podiatrist Jia Lin for my plantar fasciitis a few years back. She did a thorough check for me and with her advice, I got an in-sole that relieved my longstanding heel issue. Few months back, I had a bike accident and felt pain on the Achilles tendon of the non-injured leg. Thus, I went to see Jia Lin again hoping to resolve the issue. She was very meticulous and found that my bike wound has not recovered - w a deep sinus beneath my skin. Seeing that, she referred me to an orthopaedic specialist and it turned out to be a long-standing non-treated 7cm infection up the tract on my leg which required surgery. I would like to thank Jia Lin for her close attention to detail, if not I would never know that my wound has not properly recovered.

After my surgery on my ankle I had physio with Yunfeng. I really liked his approach focusing on getting me back to doing the things I love and working with me at every step explaining what I needed to look out for. He is very dedicated and I would recommend him to anyone who lives an active life and need support from a physio.

My physio therapist, Nicodemus Tan, was warm, encouraging and supportive throughout the sessions. Being result oriented, going for the physio sessions can be discouraging at times. So his supportiveness and affirmation from the therapist helped the mental well-being of the patients (besides the physical aspect of the sessions). Yunfeng is a very good physio. He is patient and helpful, and recommends good action plans to help me recover faster. I had a level 2 partial tear of my hamstring and Yunfeng and team helped me recover and strengthen in just under 2 months to complete my 10km run, which I signed up for before my injury. Even managed to clock under 1hr for the 10km without relapse of injury. Kudos to the team!

Great experience with my physiotherapist Yang (Mr Low Yang Zhi). He helped in my recovery and the recovery was very fast ( 6 weeks) from cervical pain which was quite difficult due to nerve pinching and shoulder & hand pain. Very nice at staff, I pinged them via what’s app about 9:30 am (where they open around 10:30), they instantly responded. They run by appointment and I had ingrown-nail issue which was painful. They squeezed me in the afternoon, gave very clear and detailed directions and instructions. Dr Lynn was so warm welcoming she instantly figured what needs to be done and just in 15+ minutes it was all done 🙂 She is very friendly and good with what she does. Thank you over all experience was smooth and super fast. If you are looking not to waste your time then this is where you should be going.

My daughter had ingrown toe nail. We went to see Podiatrist Ng Jia Lin. It was a pleasant experience. We learnt a lot from her. She was patient and kind. She explained and shared with us how to manage the condition. She was gentle when she handled my daughter’s feet. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who has issues with the feet.

I was recommended by a GP to help with my baby boy's ingrown toe nail which has been infected. The podiatrist Toto was extremely helpful and professional, he quickly trimmed off the part of the nail causing the infection. Throughout the whole procedure, Toto was very patient and had a great attitude. I would strongly recommend this clinic.😀

I had an incredibly positive visit with Dr. Kelvin Tay. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and competent. His prices were reasonable, but best of all, he did a superb job on my ingrown toenail, something that has been plaguing me for years.

He also gave me some extremely helpful and balanced information on my flat feet. You can tell that he really cares about the patient, and is not just trying to sell solutions. In my case he recommended not pursuing special treatment for my flat feet, as it's not required.

Dr Kelvin has been most patient & gentle in his treatment of my ingrown toenail. He conducts himself in an apropos way, most befitting of a medical professional. He was amiable from the outset, congenial throughout the procedure, and informative towards my enquiries.
