Sue Mei is a great physiotherapist. I had been dealing with chronic muscle tension for months, and I’m very grateful for her patience, skill, and expertise in treating it. She has genuine care for her patients, and her tailored exercises and hands-on care have helped me greatly. Her deep tissue massage is firm and effective, targeting and releasing tight muscle knots and helping to relieve my chronic pain. I’ll continue doing the exercises she has taught me and will return for her deep tissue massage or further treatment if needed in the future! 🙂
I have been dealing with corns on my feet for quite some time. Short-term solutions such as pedicures would help alleviate pain but I wanted a solution that would last much longer. I realised I needed to see a podiatrist as soon as possible.
After doing my research, I decided to check out Physio & Sole Clinic. The staff manning their whatsapp number were really helpful in answering my queries with regards to corn removal, fees, etc. They were very informative and transparent as well. In fact, I was not able to make it for my initial appointment due to personal matters that popped up at the last-minute. They were able to accommodate my request to reschedule my appointment.
As for podiatrist Toto, he is wonderful! I had a pleasant experience during my appointment. He is very knowledgeable and seems to be pretty passionate about his work as well. He shared in depth about various solutions to managing corns, how corns are formed, etc I felt very comfortable during my appointment, especially when it came to actually removing the corns.
I would highly recommend Physio & Sole Clinic to anyone who needs to see a podiatrist 🙂

My child saw JiaLin for plantar warts that wouldn’t go away using OTC treatment. JiaLin gave us clear explanation of the root cause of the problem and provided a clear treatment plan for my child. Her treatment plan worked! The warts are almost completely gone after just 2 sessions and we are going back for the next session. JiaLin is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I worked with Ee Laine for my recovery from a metatarsal fracture and made tremendous progress under her care!
I had just had my cast removed when I went for my first session, and had a challenging goal of returning to snowboarding within 4 weeks.
Despite how ambitious this was, Ee Laine never discouraged me. Instead, she took the time to understand the demands of a sport she wasn’t initially familiar with and tailored my exercises accordingly, with a realistic and well thought out progression.
Even though I was eager to make headway at each physio session, Ee Laine listened carefully to my weekly review, assessed my progress objectively and adjusted my programme where necessary. Her physio programme so far has been extremely effective, and my recovery has been going even better than I expected!
That said, what I appreciated even more was her attitude; she was consistently supportive, steady, and encouraging in helping me work towards my goal, when recovery could easily be a demoralising period for many.
I'm extremely grateful to have worked with Ee Laine for my recovery, and I would highly recommend her!
