I visited physiotherapist Fang Yee twice for a torn adductor and tendonitis. Both times, I found his interventions to be very targeted and effective. He was able to adjust the exercises based on my physical condition and progress, which I really appreciated.
The exercises he prescribed looked simple and doable, but they led to great gains. I now feel stronger returning to sports. Thank you, Fang Yee!

Went for a few sessions with Dr Ee Laine for my sprained ankle and she was very patient, detailed in explaining & answering my questions. I really benefited from the exercises that she recommended me to do to get better. Overall glad to have a pleasant experience out of an unfortunate injury!
As a dyed-in-the-wool Singaporean I'm averse to leaving good reviews until I know the product benefits have really stuck. Therefore my recommendation of P&S is a heartfelt one. In Feb 2026 I suffered muscle atrophy in both legs following myositis. In two months, Ee Laine got me from the dark days of being unable to stand for 10 sec on crutches without painful spasms to a place where I'm not only walking and working - but for the first time in 15 years, I can raise myself on my toes and finally take off the knee guards I've been wearing daily! I appreciate not just her professionalism and willingness to listen but the constant encouragement to work carefully through the discomfort, push just that little bit further, and reap the rewards. I'll soon transition to hospital physio for close monitoring but will be back for strengthening once I've beaten this dark phase. Thank you, Ee Laine and P&S. Blessings!

I had a really positive experience with my physiotherapist Yuki while recovering from diastasis recti after childbirth. Her approach was gentle, knowledgeable, and tailored specifically to my body and progress. She explained each exercise clearly and made sure I was doing everything safely, which gave me a lot of confidence. Over time, I could see and feel real improvement in my core strength and overall stability. What I appreciated most was her patience and encouragement—she never rushed the process and always listened to my concerns. Thanks to her guidance, I feel much stronger and more aware of my body now. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with diastasis recti or postpartum recovery.
