Jessica specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, including pre- and post-op rehabilitation, and spinal conditions, especially on disc injuries and degenerative changes. Her commitment to continuous professional development and passion for helping patients regain their independence drives her contributions to the field of physiotherapy.
For 27 years, sports have been Jessica’s passion and a significant part of her life. Being the captain of her badminton team in secondary school, she learned the importance of leadership and teamwork. As a Vice-Captain at Anglo-Chinese Junior College, she further developed her skills while celebrating multiple victories with her teammates.
Through sports, she has gained invaluable life skills such as discipline and strategic thinking. These have shaped Jessica’s character and instilled a commitment to setting and achieving goals. Jessica looks forward to continuing this journey and inspiring others along the way.
