Distinction for her Master Degree in Trauma; Orthopaedics from the University of Salford, Manchester (UK)
Yen Fang graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy and went on to obtain a Distinction for her Master Degree in Trauma; Orthopaedics from the University of Salford, Manchester (UK). Complementary to her Physiotherapy skills, she is trained in Pilates Matwork by the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI), and she is an internationally certified Sports Massage Practitioner by the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC).
Yen Fang has worked with the National Health Service (NHS) hospitals and an established private clinic during her time in the UK, where she developed a keen interest in helping clients with musculoskeletal conditions. She subsequently joined Raffles Hospital in Singapore, where she amassed invaluable experience treating clients for pre and post-operative orthopaedic conditions, sports injury rehabilitation and prevention, women’s health (pre and post-natal) and neurological conditions.
Yen Fang’s key interest lies in sports injury rehabilitation, whereby she intricately blends her athletic experience and expertise, in both clinical Pilates and sports massage, to enhance functional core stability in her clients who are either new to exercise or competitive elite athletes.
