Growing up playing badminton and being on the athletics team, Emmanuelle’s interest in sport and movement developed at a young age. After graduating from Curtin University with First Class Honours, she worked in Perth focusing on musculoskeletal injuries before moving to Singapore. Her experience ranges from rehabilitating people following sports injuries, work-related injuries to motor vehicle accidents and surgery. Her special area of interest includes the TMJ (jaw), spine, hypermobility and persistent (chronic) pain conditions.
Being a seeker of knowledge and having a passion for holistic treatment has led Emmanuelle to pursue a Masters in Counselling. Beyond the treatment of physical injuries, she is dedicated to helping people understand their pain and address the underlying causes of symptoms.
Utilising a patient-centric approach, Emmanuelle provides an evidence-based rehabilitation plan specific to their recovery and goals. Through her experience with hands-on treatment, dry needling, exercise-based rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates, she mindfully chooses the best combination of therapy to expedite recovery. Emmanuelle enjoys teaching and empowering patients to understand their bodies, address movement dysfunctions and prevent future injuries.
When she’s not at the clinic, you can find her out in nature, playing various sports, practising yoga and pilates. In her down time, she enjoys going for live performances, exploring new destinations and eating yummy food!
